No - most products open in our online designer so you can start from a template, or upload your own print-ready file if you prefer. A few products are upload-only.
PDF, JPG and PNG are all accepted. The designer will flag low-resolution artwork before you check out.
Every order goes through an artwork check before it enters production, and you will be contacted if anything looks off.
Turnaround & shipping
Turnaround varies by product, from 2 working days for business cards up to 8 for rigid packaging - see the exact turnaround on each product page.
This is a demo store (sample data only), but in a live deployment shipping options and rates would be configured per destination.
Unit prices drop automatically at set quantity breaks - the table on each product page shows the price per unit at each tier.
Business accounts
Business accounts let a team order under one organisation, with cost centres, spending budgets and an approval step for larger orders.
Yes - an organisation can require approval from a buyer's manager, and a second level for orders above a higher threshold.
Yes - business accounts can request a quote on any product; we price it and you accept at that exact price before it becomes an order.
